Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with pipe installation, repair, and maintenance
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Install fixtures, appliances, and water treatment systems
- Follow plumbing codes, safety protocols, and blueprints
- Perform drain cleaning, leak repairs, and fixture replacements
- Maintain clean workspaces and customer service excellence
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Drug-free and willing to pass background checks
