Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams for residential/commercial projects
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, fixture installation, and pipe repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training to master plumbing techniques and tools
- Travel to job sites across San Antonio metro area
- Complete apprenticeship modules to become certified plumber
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to learn technical skills through on-the-job training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No prior plumbing experience required
