Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system repairs
- Perform drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, and leak detection
- Follow plumbing codes and safety protocols on job sites
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for plumbing layouts
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Complete daily job reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
