Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, drainage systems, and fixture repairs
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and safety inspections
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Follow building codes and safety protocols
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in 40-hour paid weekly training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to pass drug screening and background check
- No prior plumbing experience necessary
