Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common plumbing issues under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Transport tools and materials to job locations efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and pricing.
- Follow all local building codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve technical skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong desire to learn a lifelong trade with excellent upward mobility.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and work ethic.
