Your Role
As a Plumber Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of residential and commercial plumbing. You will gain hands-on experience in pipefitting, leak detection, fixture installation, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and HVAC systems.
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate progress to clients.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED (equivalency accepted).
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
