Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Support experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Execute simple tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing washers under supervision.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret basic plumbing blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
- Customer Service: Interact with homeowners professionally, explaining issues and answering basic questions.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for daily use.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing areas, laying out materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from scratch.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and fractions for cutting pipe and fittings.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
