Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic testing on pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with senior plumbers to ensure code compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project details
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required (training provided)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Chicago
- Willingness to obtain Illinois plumbing license within 2 years
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
- Team player with excellent communication skills
