Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and replace pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and sinks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, and pressure testing.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
