Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose pipe bursts, leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex installations
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Provide clear communication with clients and project managers
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and hydro-jetting equipment
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and PEX systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and tools of trade
- Background check and drug screening required
