Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols for all tasks
- Prepare job sites, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment mounting under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
