Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with Florida building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow preventers
Qualifications
- Valid Florida plumbing license or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and camera inspection
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for emergency calls and weekend assignments
