Job Responsibilities

- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures, and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local North Carolina building codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and after-hours requests.
- Document all work performed accurately for billing and inventory purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Plumber’s License (or Journeyman status).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
