Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Emergency Services: Respond to urgent service calls and diagnose issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explain repair needs clearly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for after every job.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior plumbers and apprentices to learn best practices and improve technical skills daily.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates willing to start as apprentices and learn the trade through hands-on experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work in tight spaces, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; reliable transportation is required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements, fractions, and reading blueprints or schematics.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of plumbing issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
