Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions
- Perform emergency plumbing services during off-hours as required on a rotating schedule
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies for assigned projects
- Collaborate with contractors, property managers, and homeowners for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer documentation
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Class 1 or 2)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial/residential settings
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installation
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
