Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing components
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe inspection using video technology, and trenchless repairs
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional appearance
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Ohio reciprocal license considered
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with video inspection tools and trenchless technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
