Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial piping systems, including water heaters, drains, and toilets.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain repair options, and ensure satisfaction with completed work.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local and federal safety regulations and company protocols while on job sites.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and tidy after every project.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the plumbing trade.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to read blueprints and work orders.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
