Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and company standards
- Respond to emergency calls within service area response times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Virginia plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
