Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques to provide efficient solutions
- Perform emergency repairs with minimal disruption to clients' daily activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes in all installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Provide professional consultations and estimates for residential and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience or equivalent trade certification
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex plumbing issues
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and plumbing diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to carry tools/equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for emergency service calls
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
