Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, identify leaks, and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, including accurate quotes, clear communication, and professional on-site work.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicle to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Emergency Response: Be available to handle emergency plumbing calls with a quick and effective response time.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including time logs and inspection reports.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, soldering, threading, and using power tools.
- Driver's License: Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
