Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe blockages efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, saws, and pressure testers.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Diego building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project updates clearly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Apprenticeship program experience is a plus).
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- No prior experience required; we are looking for motivated candidates.
