Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Perform backflow prevention testing and water heater installations
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards
- Provide emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials and labor costs
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting techniques
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential/commercial systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
