Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and pressure testers.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Diego building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Assist in the inspection and testing of new construction plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
