Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install pipes, fixtures, and water heaters per code
- Perform emergency leak detection and repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/plumbing systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Document work orders and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Reliable transportation and tools
