Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, and sewer lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future plumbing emergencies.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize service calls efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
