Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Estimate material and labor costs for job quotes and manage job profitability.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize and schedule jobs effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in San Antonio, TX.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
