Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and drain cleaning.
- Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide accurate estimates to customers.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and free of hazards before and after jobs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory for the right attitude).
- Experience: No prior plumbing experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for measuring, problem-solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude.
