Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex pipe leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local El Paso building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of plumbing tools and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale projects on time.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in the industry.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation for job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand or kneel for extended periods.
