Responsibilities
- Perform new construction plumbing installations, including rough-in and finish work.
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial piping systems, leaks, and blockages.
- Install and service water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each day.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (California required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
