Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drainage, and fueling systems.
- Locate and diagnose problems in plumbing systems and fixtures using diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs to clients.
- Keep tools and work area organized and in good condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
