Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs and costs clearly to clients.
- Manage job sites efficiently, including proper cleanup and waste disposal.
- Utilize company vehicle and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on every job.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize emergency repairs and urgent service calls.
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and water heater installation.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
