Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately identify and fix a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues clearly, and provide transparent estimates and updates.
- Tools & Equipment: Utilize advanced plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Site Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and inspections, in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to a comprehensive set of plumbing tools.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
