Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read blueprints and schematics for accurate system implementation
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Perform preventive maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Collaborate with construction teams on new building projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and manage inventory
Qualifications
- Tennessee state plumbing license required (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Background in commercial plumbing highly valued
