Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Respond to emergency service calls and diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams to determine plumbing layouts.
- Locate and mark positions for pipes, equipment, and fixtures.
- Test systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of modern plumbing tools and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
