Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing emergencies during night hours
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to prevent future failures
- Collaborate with dispatch team for rapid emergency response coordination
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate service documentation
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and journeyman certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- 24/7 emergency availability with reliable transportation
- Expertise in backflow prevention, trenchless repairs, and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex system failures
- Exceptional customer service skills during high-pressure situations
