Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts with 30-minute response time
- Diagnose issues using advanced plumbing diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain service records
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (Master preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies
