Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shift hours
- Install new plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect and maintain sewer lines and drainage systems
- Collaborate with contractors to coordinate plumbing installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumber's License
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
