Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve emergency plumbing calls during night hours with urgency and professionalism.
- Perform diagnostic inspections and accurate repairs on residential and commercial water systems, drains, and piping.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local Nashville building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage on-site inventory and maintain tools and vehicle cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding repairs and costs.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (TN State License).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing.
- Valid Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of pipefitting and HVAC basics.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
