Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and pipe installations during night hours
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and blueprints for residential/commercial systems
- Install and maintain water heaters, sewer lines, and fixtures
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all assignments
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with on-call teams for complex multi-trade projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA certification
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection systems
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and confined space work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
