Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install new plumbing systems and equipment following safety codes
- Provide accurate estimates for plumbing repairs and installations
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent system failures
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
