Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications for electrical layouts
- Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Conduct electrical testing using multimeters and diagnostic equipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in weekly technical training sessions and safety certifications
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to completing our 12-month apprenticeship program
- Basic math skills for electrical calculations
- No prior experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
