Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water lines, drains, and sewage lines.
- Perform night shift emergency repairs, maintenance calls, and new installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine layout.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to local codes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within time constraints.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service issues and job progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM – 2 AM).
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
