Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe bursts.
- Respond to emergency calls after hours with a focus on rapid resolution and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes (IPC) and safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites in the greater Nashville area.
