Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection methods
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and pipe systems
- Assist senior plumbers with complex projects while following safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Maintain clean work areas and properly use plumbing tools and equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undergo paid background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Jacksonville
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
