Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under mentorship
- Assist with diagnosing leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Perform pipefitting, valve adjustments, and fixture replacements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to earn certifications (company-sponsored)
- Dependability and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
