Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Interact professionally with clients to assess needs and explain solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and installations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train!
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within first 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Jose
