About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Adhere to safety protocols and Virginia plumbing codes
- Assist in emergency plumbing services and weekend on-call rotations
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in hands-on training sessions twice monthly
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain Virginia plumbing license within 18 months
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
