Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose faults using advanced testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Lead emergency response for critical power outages
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with project managers for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician license (IL or PA)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios
- Flexibility for weekend/overnight emergency calls
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
