- Provide clear communication with homeowners about repairs
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicle equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with senior plumbers for complex troubleshooting
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to attend paid training programs
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Background check and drug screen required
