Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Support Duties: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and handheld equipment under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
